Staff Training: A Key to Academic Excellence at KKES

18-8-2025

At Kith and Kin Educational Schools, we strongly believe that training is the foundation of excellence. Over the years, we have consistently invested in staff capacity building, contributing significantly to our students’ outstanding academic performance year after year. As the saying goes, “You cannot blame them if you do not train them.”

In line with this philosophy, members of our management team participated in a one-day training program on Monday, August 18, 2025, held at Babington Macaulay Junior Seminary School.

The training focused on:

1. The 21st-Century Ideal Worker – highlighting the importance of self-awareness, self-management, and team synergy in helping Gen-Z students cope with emotional and academic challenges.

2. Emotional Intelligence and Problem-Solving Skills – emphasising their role in addressing the negative impact of social media on students.

The session was expertly facilitated by Dr. (Mrs.) Bosede Oyeteju Amoo, MNIM, and Mrs. Ayopeju Njideaka. The programme was organised by Cecil Top Educational Consulting. The programme is expected to make a lasting positive impact on our institution as a whole. The seminar was attended by Mr. Julius Oregbesan and Mrs. Bukola Ishola the principal and vice principal of KKIC, and Mr. Rahman Bello the principal of KKBA.

Looking ahead, preparations are underway for our Pre-Resumption Training for all staff in September, ahead of the new academic session. At Kith and Kin, we do not rest on our achievements—we strive for continuous improvement and greater excellence.

We are Kith and Kin.
We are Resourceful!
