Excursion to Justrite: Bringing the Concept of Money to Life

On Friday, January 17, 2025, our Grades 1 to 3 pupils enjoyed a purposeful excursion to Justrite, designed to complement their classroom topic on money. This hands-on experience transformed theory into practice as the children used shopping lists to select items, applied budgeting skills, and made thoughtful spending decisions. They also observed the payment process at the checkout, deepening their understanding of how transactions and receipts work in real life.
